Latest Episode

Okay, so that whole episode was great, but I am not lying that the tears were streaming down my face when Jin and Sun were reunited. Yay!!!
What did you think of the episode?
Do you think Desmond is the person who has to set everything right by leading people in the right direction so that eventually the two timelines will align?

  1. I am so happy that things are moving along. And I'm happy that the writers have given up on focusing on just one character now. It really has helped things develop faster. And with just four episodes left, they really need it now!

I think Desmond is going to help everyone in the sideways time line realize that there's more to their life in LA. I'm wondering what he's up to on the island, though. Does island Desmond know about the LA time line too? He hasn't really done very much since getting thrown down the well. I mean, shouldn't he be trying to get out or something, not just sitting there?

All this wrapping-things-up/answering-questions thing is slightly annoying though. I mean, lil sis Claire and big bro Jack finally got together to be like, "Hey, we share a dad!" but that moment just felt so fake. (Seriously, you're my bro, and you "examined" me while I was pregnant? [If I'm remembering correctly.] Um, gross?) And Jack getting confirmation that the Smoke Monster took the form of his dad? (Yeah, Jack, of course your dad didn't come back to life on the island! Otherwise he'd be putting you down again.)

I am curious as to who the last recruit is. That was the title of this episode, wasn't it? Is Jack the last recruit (of Smoke Monster)? Is Sayid the last recruit (of the good guys)? Hmm ...
